- Free postage and packaging for orders over 40 pounds, for UK mainland only. Please refer to shipping for full details.
- Your products will be dispatched within 48 hours of receiving the order and once payment, and delivery address has been verified.
Refunds and exchanges - in the unlikely event, you are not satisfied with your product, please return your product in its original condition, with all the tags and packaging as it was sold to you. You must do this within 7 days of receiving the product. A copy of receipt would be required, the return postage will be your responsibility. You may only exchange your product once, please ensure you pick the right product, with the right size. All refunds will be made through online secure paypal portal.

Returns on accessories-chains, buckles, watches are fashion hip accessories, and its aim is to accessorise your hip, street clothes. They are wear and tear products and comes with NO Guarantees. All products are checked before they are sent, however in rare cases there may be a fault, if so please inform us straight away (within 7 days of receiving the product) and return the product. If the product is faulty we will rebate your postage.
Please follow carefully the washing instructions on the clothing,we will not be responsible for your negligence.
