No , we are still processing orders and you should receive your order within 3-5 working days for u.k. We have implemented strict measures in our warehouse and office and some items may not be accessible, if this is the case then we shall inform you within 48 hours of placing the order.

Our warehouse is managed by staff who wear face masks and sanitize both prior to arriving and upon leaving. Same measures are in place for deliveries and when parcels are picked up by shippers. Any worker who is symptomatic , he/she is not permitted to work and will be sent for testing .

Yes in some areas or regions shipping is delayed due to the pandemic. This is beyond our control. In most cases this is usually resolved as they deal with the back log. And as people return back to work from covid 19 isolation/ quarantine rules.

For uk orders - You will receive your order within 3-5 days after purchasing. We usually allow 48 hours processing time to prepare the order, and most orders will be dispatched via Royal Mail tracked service. Europe- delivery times for Europe 5-7 days. There may be slight delay due to Covid or pandemic reasons. International delivery - 7-14 working days, also there can be slight delays due to pandemic

You have 30 days to return the product. All packaging and tags must be intact. Items should not have been worn. All returns will be examined before refunds to make sure they fit the criteria above before the return is processed.

Yes please send returns either signed or tracked. As our prices are very affordable we cannot offer free returns with return postage labels. Pricing - our ethos is to bring affordable urban hip clothing to our customers. So we constantly review our prices. This doesn’t mean we compromise on quality.
